Just pisses me off how Messi got all the plaudits when he didnt score and missed chance after chance. Barca played some great stuff so talk about that, not just Messi. Maybe they did. I wouldnt know cos i pressed the mute button and only unmuted it when the Milan game was shown

Yeah they did.

And yeah, Pele's miss that is replayed all the time in retrospective videos of his. The one where he feigns to touch it, keeper runs out, he goes around him to retrieve the ball and then puts it wide.

Just making the comparison between the guy you do rate above all others and the way the attention is reflected on him.

Chygrynskiy is awful, no idea what Barca were thinking there. Seems like it was a great game though.

We saw some brilliant goals today. Willians, Boatengs etc but they show Messis miss.

Yes for all his good play to get in that position, it was still a miss. Would they do the same if it was a romanian player playing for Otelul?

Probably not but Messi does it so often, they're going to go loopy over it. I was marking out too tbf. I think it's more the style of play he has - the way he plays reduces people, well most people to dewy-eyed wonderment.
