Paulinho or ozil/Cazorla
yep no brainer that.
Soldado though is in our first team, he's deep in mertesackers pocket

Soldado is far better tbh.
20 goals a season for shite ass clubs like Getafe and Valencia for the last 5 odd years.
Giroud unheard of before Montpelliers title win.
Eriksen and Lamela are probably #decent but certainly not better than Ozil and Cazorla.
Whether Soldado is better than Giroud or not doesn't matter, I think he's good enough for us on the basis he's obviously better than Sanogo and Bendtner at least.
Paulinho should be compared to Ramsey/Wilshere, so I don't really think we're missing out on anything there.
Soldado at spurs is first choice, at us he would be backup. Not that we were in for him, but if we were I could see him choosing spurs over us,
Going by Sunday, Giroud caused spurs so many problems. He has an animal in the air. Soldado did nothing, apart from one spectacular dive in the second half. Similar style of players, yet Giroud outshone him by a long way
On one game?
That's all you're judging him on?
No continuing this then. Clearly have never seen him apart from Sunday.
I've only seen him live once. That was Sunday. Similar style to Giroud yet Giroud outshone him by a mile.
So far this season, soldado has scored two penalties while not being that good during games. Giroud has 4 goals I think so far amd been brilliant.
I didn't see much of him in Spain as I don't watch much Spanish football but from what I have seen. Giroud is better so far
calm down a bit kid.
Spurs had a servicable central midfield, a decent defence that as exposed by our quality, and a bunch of forwards who play like they hate each other. This is why they had so much posession but it all fizzled out in the final third, and their failure to score from open play so far.
Once they figure out this 'wingers connecting with the striker' thing they will be a much more efffective team than you saw.
That said, I still think Soldado is overrated, but its wide of the mark to think he is shite
So far Giroud has had the better start and is looking the better striker, suffice it to say early days yet.
He can score goals as he proved at Montpellier and in his decent enough 1st season with us.
Have a feeling he will trounce Soldado this season.
That said, I foresee some of the scum signings, to include Paulinho, being EPL flops.
