Oh shiit I just realized that we could be completely out of European play next season if we don't finish 4th. Cause if say Cardiff wins The CC, and Pool win the FA Cup, they will get the two English Europa Spots. Or does Cardiff being a Welsh team, mean that there spot is counted a Wales spot?

I think Platini will do everything to let Cardiff qualify as an English team, if possible. England gets three Europa League spots anyway.

I guess Swansea or Cardiff would have to through the qualifying rounds, like Total Network Solutions had to. And fifth would get the fourth spot. That is, unless they change the rules after today's game.
