being 4-0 down against a good team and not believing we can overturn it does not make you negative at all.

funny thing is, we might even do it.

when the odds are stacked against us, we usually turn up. Which is the easiest kind of mental strength, rather than leading from the front and not being scared to look behind us.

If we have something to chase then it’s game on but that’s not a mental trait that will bring us success.

In any challenge you face in your life there is a shadow of doubt . If you believe in your doubt and think that is the realistic thing at the moment then you will not make it .But if you believe you can prouve your ''doubt'' wrong that's how miracle happen . Believe and act even when no one give you a chance that makes the impossible possible .
DO NOT POSTPONE TODAY'S DUTY FOR TOMORROW .IT MAY BE TOO LATE .

you will always believe in your own doubt, the key is how you manage that against your optimism.

That is debatable mate . Pessimistic people are more likely to believe in their doubt than optimistic ones . Doubts always tell you you '' can't '' , '' won't '' , '' what the point...'' A positive person challenges his own doubt .

exactly, you question it, you challenge it, thus manage it. it never disappears. even the top sportsmen have doubt and worries to overcome at different times. that's how sportsmen have their natural dips in form across the season.

anyway the point is, it's not negative NOT to believe as a FAN tonight.

    however:

"When you are a top-level competitor, even if statistically we have a 5% chance, what is important is that we believe that we can be in this 5%. That is what is at stake for us. Let's make sure that we do not miss out because we did not believe in it."

remains true for them out on the pitch.

6-1. Chesney with a diving header in injury time.
It's better to burn out, than to fade away.
