I just don't get it. It was London that won the right to host the olympics wasn't it? Why not just use the football stadia that are in London, there's enough of em ffs.

Doubt football was only in the cities of Beijing in 08, Athens(?) in 04, Sydney in 00, Atlanta in 96 and ****elona in 92
Its more to do with Traffic and stuff id assume because if are going to be played at same time as other events there will be so much traffic in london. and congestion.
Also like others have said its a chance for the whole country to get a feel and these were the stadia named when the bid was won.
Oh well fuck knows.

The best thing about the Olympic is the feeling of pride and togetherness knowing a bunch of corporate sponsors have made billions from their association with it.
I do love watch us rack up golds tbh. Just hate how everything in the country will go up in price.
