Any of those 3 players in any game with a non-FA ref would have good odds on a red because of the way they play. All that says if you have some thugs in a team playing in a UEFA competition, there is a high chance of a red card. No brainer really. The only surprise for me this year was Stoke not having half of their team sent off during the EL matches.
Didn't watch it. Both clubs too boring. Expected Barca to win by default but it sounds like they fucked up with the ref. Hard to believe they overlooked one of the fundamentals of their philosophy. Arrogance maybe? They won't be so quick to take the ref for granted next time.

Very true lads, very true. IMO they have missed Villa for a while now. I just guess the pressure got to them in a game they needed to win.
