He will have missed over a year's development at age 20. Even if it's not career threatening, it has already threatened the career he should've had. And that's the most frustrating part about it. If he comes back and plays like Ramsey is now - it'll be very annoying given what he was capable of achieving.

One think id Say AW has done is learnt from this and not made the same mistake with OX otherwise he could have been the same next season.
