Arsenal's Danish striker Nicklas Bendtner is closer to making a decision on his future, following "overwhelming" and "global" interest in the 24-year-old, according to his agent.
The Denmark international, who scored twice at Euro 2012 for Morten Olsen's side, has struggled to make an impression at Arsenal and spent last season on-loan at the Stadium of Light with Sunderland.
Bendtner is expected to move on from the Emirates Stadium this summer, and his agent, Jesper Lynghus, says that a number of clubs from around the world are interested in signing the striker.
"The interest is overwhelming, just as it should be after the way Nicklas performed at Euro 2012," Lynghus told Danish newspaper bold.dk.
"We are getting closer day by day. We are not commenting on individual deals at the moment, but it is fair to say the interest in Nicklas is global."
