I can't say I blame him either. If I was a sports presenter (and lets face it, I should be, tbh) I would want out of the BBC as well.

im not sure this is a good move for him imo. he is brilliant as a presenter and with teh bbc he does a lot, spoty, f1, football, olympics etc and i think he would have more to do if he stayed then jsut a few games on bt which lets face it arent going to get the big games are they?

however he says he ahs always wanted to do it so good luck to him. he is a very good presenter

Right, but with the olympics over and BBC more than likely giving up their F1 rights, what is he going to present on the BBC?

And I'm sure not travelling all over the world will be better for his young family.

He must get sod all chance to watch Norwich too. Then again, maybe that should be reasoning for travelling the world.
