As MS said...Le Coq is off at the U20 WC otherwise imo he'd be a good bet for making the squad this season. Better than Frimpong and imo will become better than Song.
Afobe, Frimpong, Henderson, jenkinson and Myaichi are the youngsters flying off to germany with the 1st team. Dissapointed that Bartley hasn't been given a chance yet...I'm hoping he takes Squillacis place in the squad.

Lansbury and Bartley are still injured, I think. He was out for Rangers for a while.
Bartley could make the step up this year......lets see him get obver his injury
Shame neither Bartley nor Lansbury are getting a chance to impress, I wouldn't be convinced of relying on Bartley as 4th choice defender but if we don't sign anyone (still unlikely imo) he'd be preferable to Squillaci but I think he's got what we need; as for Lansbury, I was hoping he'd take Rosicky's place in the squad as he has a similar work ethic and can play the positions that TR does but with a little more goal threat and physicality, from what I've seen anyway.
