I'm not sure where the naivete comes into it. When there's half a billion on the table don't tell me Wenger has the deciding vote or even a significant say in the matter. On football, sure, and why not because none of the ****s in the backroom seem to know the first thing about that anyway. But on the finances? Not a chance. Businessmen don't make huge investments so they can be dictated to by the staff.

End of the day, he's still a **** that needs to leave, along with the greedy profit gourging hogs that have had their snouts deeply entrenched in the cash augmented troughs, continuously replenished via off-loading our quality players.

How is this supposed to demonstrate Wenger has control of the club? Why did he kick his mate Dein out then? What did he have against Lady Nina Bridleface? Why didn't he smack PHW around for his comments about the new owner he (Wenger) brought in? Why didn't he take a cut of the £500mill when it was divvied up? In fact why didn't he just take the lot and fuck the others out on their ear? He's the manager of the football club, why is it odd he is consulted on major issues that will affect his job directly? But this is a long way from having control of the club. Kroenke has control because he paid for it. Not sure why this is even in dispute. It's just a business reality. Kroenke may be a **** but he won't be a stupid ****.

Well that's a different matter and, in the case of Wenger, not connected to who runs the club. I don't think some people appreciate how fucked we are. We aren't getting anyone bar a yes man at this club for some time to come because Kroenke is plainly not in this for anything beyond the profit. And to get that profit it will be his plan that unfolds - unless he manages to find somebody that can make him even more profit. Is there another manager in the business that can make more profit than Wenger? That's why he remains at Arsenal regardless of the results. What other reason could there be?

As long as the yes man does better than Wenger, I'll be ok. Wenger likes to moan about us not being able to compete with the 2 cash splurgers, Citeh and Chavs, but we aren't exactly steamrolling the pubbers, whom we happen to far supercede where resources are concerned, right?

I don't think I need to highlight his shortcomings and indiscretions to support why I think he's a spent force, as they've been flogged half to death on here countless amount of times.

So why doesnt he quit? When a board member is a greedy c*nt, thats normal coz thats what board members, CEO's are... they think money all day every day. Unfortunately we have a football manager who is as bad as them and is working with the greedy sharks to bring us down. If I had a gun with two shots in it with AW and a board member in the room, I will shoot AW twice!
Arsene Wenger, the only football manager that got paid 8 million quid to do nothing but sit on his arse..
