Why should he quit, he is meeting his targets set by his employers thats his job done, just cause you or me don't agree with it means nout at the end of the day. It's not Wenger that's changed, it's football. And, to an extent, things at the club at board level have changed.
Fergie has adapted to the changes in football and managed to challenge the billionaires, Wenger hasn't.
Although Fergie has had more resources than Wenger to do so, Wenger has had more resources at his disposal than he's used.

I don't believe Wenger is happy with the 'crap thats being served now'. Whether he can do anything about it though...I'm not sure.
If he was a crap manager then we wouldn't keep finishing top 4 but he could certainly do with some better people around him, he does seem to have too much power at the club right now.
