All depends on where they are with their teams etc and how much room they have to manoeuvre in the transfer market. Off the top of my head I can't think of a really good manager we could take right now, which is depressing.Originally Posted by GB.

The board must persuade Guardiola that they will give him the same freedom that wenger has enjoyed. This is even more than Guardiola enjoyed at Barca. And we can pay him accordingly. We have to convince him that we have a youth development system that he can oversee, as he did at Barca - and most importantly that he will be in the fortunate position of making successful a club that Wenger no longer can.
