Great finish by Frank. Cheeky bid?

Theo played a part in that as well.

Arsenal players past and present coming good with Cole century of caps as well.

I'm sure Jack will improve from this shocker so all hope is not yet lost

This bloke should be on meds or he's refusing to take those already prescribed.

Laughter is the best remedy. Or shooting. Probably shooting.

The latter, yes. A pity he's not here in the US.

    Gerrard on Wilshere

"He can tick almost every box, and he's going to get better and better. He'll get better than he is now which is a scary thought," said Gerrard.
But the skipper warned: "One man can't carry a nation on his own."

"Jack has got a bit of everything," said the 32-year-old Liverpool midfielder. "He can tackle, get up and down the pitch, create a goal, score a goal, he can pass.
"I think he's got the potential to become one of the best in the world and I don't want to add any pressure. That's unfair.

"But playing against him recently and in training, he's a one-off. He's a lot better than your normal Premier League midfielder. I have a lot of confidence in him.
"He's a top player and I hope he gives the dressing room a lift. We need competition for places if we're going to get to Brazil."

I saw an article recently claiming Cleverley was on Jack's level.

Didn't watch the game so can only judge by the highlights and going by that, all Jack did was give away a penalty and run around a bit in the middle of the pitch. A shocker by anyone's books but from the post match reaction from pundits and players alike, he was pretty good.

Read the posts on the match in this thread as well although I don't take much notice of GWers views on Jack seriously as its biased.

Guess those who named him MotM are just as biased too, right?

Btw, did you at least see the build up to England's 1st goal?
