So much talent, we really never got the best out of him, never gets a look in now.
To be honest he has more ability than most at the club, he just doesn't give a shit though. He should have stayed in his comfort zone at Zenit and enjoyed his peak years rather than expose himself for the flop he really is.
If Benteke shuns an approach by us, he'll automatically take on **** status. This as he claims to be a Gooner at heart.
Get it right, Benteke.... We can make you into a star and then you'll have top clubs poaching you and we make tons off your sale - win, win situation, tbh.
He has the talent, but he isn't the type to put a shift in, if he was, he'd be a good squad player.
The goal against Blackburn, liverpool,Manchester United away, Barcelona were his best moments. His arrival got us the 4th place trophy in the season he arrived aswell

That might be true, but often he looked unfit, isn't it the clubs job to make sure players get fit.....if not through their own will then through extra training if need be?
I also think the manager doesn't seem to get the best out of him by making him feel wanted, some players need a manager who pushes them.
55 of his 97 starts end up with him being substituted, not to mention him being played out of position all the time, we could have handled it better.
He might just be a lazy f*cker of course, but we just seem to have accepted that without really trying to change anything.
We sure did take a haircut on Arshavin. We must be in for £30m by the time you include transfer fee and wages.
Wenger missed a trick with Arshavin. It's only just now he's getting the best out of Rosicky after years of playing him out wide. In a recent interview he said Rosicky was being played too far away from goal. Bravo Wenger! How many years did it take for you to figure it out.
Arashavin arrived in his late 20s and isn't used to tracking back. He doesn't have the fitness for it. Why not give him games as a second striker or an attacking midfield instead of forcing the issue and being so damn stubborn?
