It also helps when you watch it playing forward. There was not a single clip that showed it to being remotely close to being a penalty.

That's just not true at all, even the clip they showed on Sky was very unclear, it's quite hard to see the touch from Ramsey.
My first instinct before the replay was that he poked it away. But the ref was at the wrong angle tbf.
