Still, Skrtel yet again got away with some ridiculous holding. As did Kompany. Zabaleta and Yaya got away with numerous petty fouls as well.
Too many times the officials were reacting to how the crowd thought it went. They were utter shite and yet again the home team (read: City) got "the rub of the green".
But it will be Rodgers who gets censured for calling them out on it, whilst Mason and whoever the linesmen were will be protected and shuffled off to the Championship for a game as "punishment".
