If we finally assembled all the pieces of the puzzle then we probably wouldn't need to spend beyond 30 million each window anyway. Particularly as a net cost. Instead we have gone into pretty much every window for the last several years, full in the knowledge and the personal belief even, that the squad is incomplete. That has helped create a continuous chorus line of 'we need to spend on.....' from the fans.
It's about time we put all the pieces of the puzzle together. I think we are 1 maybe 2 pieces missing. After that any changes to be made become about team dynamics rather than gaping holes or missing cogs.
