I would say Guardiola is a genius.

Mourinho is an excellent man manager - probably the best after Ferguson in terms of inspiring his players. But I don't think he's a genius purely because his teams are built on defensive solidity.

Once Chelsea scored, City fell right into their hands.

Genius managers are people like Cryuff, Guardiola, Wenger, Valery Lobanov - managers who changed the way football is played and inspired beautiful football.

Sorry don't agree, football is about results and winning, some of the managers you mention aren't in the same league IMO, for all his detractors time and time again he succeeds and gives team that something extra no other manager has managed.
