They may have pummled our woeful defence at their gaff, but we have matched them in all other games against them.

    I don't believe in coincidence.

You seem to be suckered in by City. They have not been brilliant this season. Far from it.

We all know our weaknesses, but I can't stand it when people cum all over themselves for this overhyped mob. They are nowhere near what these pathetic pundits and occassional viewers think they are.

Agreed. Despite the pundits' bias I thought we made them look ordinary - and even in the first half their goal was flukey.

Too fuckin right. They are a good side no doubt, but then that's what a billion fuckin quid of dirty blood money gets you. We are a proper club. Something to be proud of. They are nothing but a fucking court jester, entertaining their paymasters.
    Fuck those cunts.
NOTE: The location of this post has been moved and the thread title (which was previously Wenger is Leaving) has been manipulated by a notorious pro-Wenger moderator. What was previously a message that contained no profanity and made a comment on a real life event has now been manipulated by a deliberately provocative title. An old and crude propaganda and censorship technique.

Correct, like a Jimmy Saville buying a children's charity. Look at the army of cunts fawning over them. Jimmy is a great guy, just look at what he does for children. And of course ignore the rest, that doesn't matter.

I don't think City are all that incidentally, I do however think they play the best football and have the best movement out of all the sides, even yesterday in the 1st half we couldn't live with their movement even if they didn't make the most of it.

They remind me of what we use to be like in many ways, pacey with clever players who could move the opposition around, that is a consequence of spending money I agree, it gets you better players, problem is we more often than not choose cheaper inferior players or players we don't need.

Think we need to bring in some genuine world class talent now, no more projects, oh and most importantly a new manager to implement our new style of play, I don't want to see any more tippy tappy.

Liverpool are a close second in terms of style of play for me, though they don't have as many technically gifted players as City.

They had one 10 minute spell yesterday when they were getting in behind Gibbs with ease because neither Podolski, Cazorla or Rosicky were covering Zabaletta's overlaps.

As soon as we regained aome dicipline they weren't effective at all.

You don't watch the game enough mate. They only look good when other teams afford them the luxury.

I watched the whole game, yesterday and in the 1st half they were making runs behind our full backs and sliding passes through, didn't always work but they're movement was pretty good, it's to be expected though as they do have better players.

I don't think they are anywhere near the finished article but then it is Pellegrini's first season but they do have good movement.

As for other teams making them look good doesn't that apply to everyone, if your opponents play poorly you'll always look good if you play well, we made Chelsea look good last week and they aren't that good either.

So, let me get this right.

In the first half, they were outplaying us because they're better. Or was it becuase we didn't play well, affording them more time and space?

In the second half, they didn't play well, and made us look good?

1st half they played better than in the 2nd half (not that unusual, we do the same but the other way round), I think they tired in the 2nd half actually, no doubt they were more effective 1st half, though didn't think they were that good all game tbh.

I didn't say anything about making us look good, you're the one that talked about teams making them look good.

    Nah, you misread my point.

You will always make excuses for another team, yet if we do well, it's not off our backs, but because we were lucky, or the other team was this or that.

They didn't have Aguero, as you said. But we didn't have our best players. It's almost always your perogative to make excuses for other sides, whilst doing down anything positive we do.

And you will tell me "I say when we play well", but it is always hard for you to do so. Why?

Meh, fuck this shit. It's Sunday.
