No PL club produce what Southampton do tbh. Must be something in the water there.
Do we really need a DM ? I think not as I believe we have one already in Coquelin . Before he went on loan he was showing some very good signs in that department . He needed only games to gain more confidence and he had them in Germany . I suspect it is one of the reasons why Wenger doesn't want to be ransomed . We also have short-term solutions in Flamini and Arteta . Wilshere name is being included in that bracket but I'm not personally sure about him .
The greatest feeling is Diaby will do a RVP and rise from the dead . He will definitely have the greatest season of his Arsenal career . But if Wenger can add a Kedhira or a Calvarho or a Shneiderlin as a bonus , no complain .

Whether it's a proper DM or not, we need some sort of power in midfield. When Ramsey goes down we look like a complete mess. With Sagna gone as well we need someone who can win a few more headers, cover more ground and out muscle opponents. Our current options are either unproven or don't have the physical strengths needed. Surely we can't take a gamble on Diaby's fitness, and even though he has the build he doesn't seem to know how to use his strength.
Do you remember how people use to say about Wenger for giving RVP a chance to be our main striker instead of buying one when Adebayor left ?

Never thought I'd see Wenger sign a full back for that amount.....so he must have some ability if the fee is to be believed.
Not sure what to make of reports saying he is better than Shaw, as I am unsure of how good Shaw is himself. I wonder how he compares to that Stones kid at Everton people have started to rave about....
If Schindler's list said he would rather play for Spurs than us (as also reported?), then he's definitely not an Arsenal player.
