I dont think hes shit but i also dont think hes as good as everyone seems to think he is and ive seen nothing this season to change that view.

Theo should have walked it this month. A keeper who lets in 10 goals in 2 league games winning our award is a bit of a joke and whilst the penalty save v Udinese was brilliant, that is the only reason he has won this award

Not really, Chesney was the only consistent performer in that month. I know you think he's shit, but even you must admit he made some top quality saves last month, most notably against Liverpool and Udinese away.

GKs shouldn't be winning awards for letting in a ton of goals though. He didn't have much of a chance with many of those goals but they still went past him and on to his record. Let's give awards for keepers who keep clean sheets please, it just makes more sense.

Plus we're doing it again. We're so relieved we have a real goalkeeper instead of the dross we've been used to we're overplaying his performances. He's a decent keeper who could go on to be a great keeper. Compared to Almunia he's a world beater, but then again so is any keeper. Same goes for Kos. Because he's not Squillaci people are overlooking the fact he's average at best.

TV should probably win this award if there has to be one for such a dismal start. He made a huge difference for the short time he managed to get on the pitch. It wasn't just his own performance either, he helped the other defenders with their game too.
