This defence isn't going to improve, the personnel isn't good enough, sure you can implement tactics and drill players, but if they aren't good enough in the 1st place you've got no chance.
Xhaka is a waste of space but he gets to play every game, same with Mustafi, Ramsey and Ozil can't play in the same team either (Ramsey should be dropped as he'll be off next summer anyway) and we've got no genuine wide players on top of that.
On top of that the bench looks weak.
The club was left in a mess by the former manager, but sadly we didn't do enough last summer to change that.
Why is this team so in the first halves. Every game we've been putrid. Been lucky we've played awful teams these last 4 games.
Nah, we've seen less heralded managers improve defenses in matters of week with worse players then these.

Ransay, mustafi and xhaka all awful, ramsay pretty poor, ozil anonymous and laca not getting into the right areas, still not sure Auba's in the right position either
