ArsenalI work in a school and was talking to a fellow teacher last night who used to work near the Emirates. He was saying how amazing the club were for his school, he told me he wouldn’t hear a bad word about the club despite not being a supporter. They would pre record players so the kids could ask them questions and it was like it was live. He said it was incredible how the clubs staff and players went above and beyond for the schools in the area. He also added how bad Tottenham were with the local community and how they didn’t seem to care at all.
Thought this might be a nice read not about getting people out and how they aren’t playing etc. Just something different.

it's also worth contrasting how Arsenal stayed in the area but spuds threatened to go to the Olympic stadium and basically blackmailed Haringey Council (who admittedly should have told them to stuff it) to give spuds millions to put into the stadium so they would stay in the area.
