Those fans were hounded to the ends of the earth because they blasphemed against the holy Wenger. But as each new year passed, the warnings assumed more urgency. Some people, who have eyes that can see, saw us drifting to mid-table mediocrity. And we were called out and condemned by people who don't know the first thing about football.
