It’s feeling like that season when Spurs got something like 2 points after 8 games. They weren’t suddenly an awful squad but the manager had lost them. Starting to feel like the same has happened here. Need to get rid now before the rot really sets in.
i actually agree, the younger players are showing quality but we desperately need a manager who can get the best out of them

You know… I’m sure things will pick up once we add Auba / Laca, Ødegaard, Partey, White and Gabriel to the starting XI, and we have a Saka who can play a full 90 (I’ve still got everything crossed for a RB to maybe come in too) - it’s a big chunk of the team that we’re currently doing without… but all the same it’s still really alarming to see just how unprepared we look right now! There doesn’t seem to be any kind of plan for what we must have known was going to be an incredibly tough start?

We’d better come out flying after the international break otherwise this is going to go south, fast!

It has gone past the point of no return with this club, mediocrity is part of the DNA. It will take some generational talent to get us going again, whether that talent is on the pitch or in the dugout, something special needs to happen here otherwise who knows how long we’ll be out of the picture for. We could easily spend this decade floating around mid table with no realistic hopes or dreams of achieving anything. We’ve never been so far behind the teams we used to consider our rivals, we’re levels below them now.

Especially when you look at where Citeh, Moan U , Chelski and 'pool are, all of them look good and once their new signings settle in, it could be a very interesting title race this year - one in which we'll play no part except as cannon fodder sadly

I dunno. We are a million miles away from City, Chelsea, Liverpool and probably Utd
After that, I don't think there are many better squads. We are SO much less than the sum of our parts, I can't help feel a better manager would get a lot more out of this lot.

Our squad should at the very least be playing good attacking football. The fact that we struggle to even create chances against all teams is artetas fault. All this talk about "once we get x, y and z back, we will be back is total BS. First, when was the last time we had every member of the squad available? Second, we should still be creating chances with who we have.. So no reason to give any more chances to arteta. He needs to go.. Yesterday.

Arsene Wenger, the only football manager that got paid 8 million quid to do nothing but sit on his arse..
