He is going to miss arguably our two biggest games of the season, if we survive without him then I can't see anyway back for him.
There will always be a way back for a kiss-ass like Xhaka when you've got an insecure kindergarten manager like we do.
How can anyone logically explain that you'd rather give a Xhaka, chances time and time again, but instantly hang a Guendozi and Auba out to dry ensuring all bridges are burnt!?

Arteta bangs on about having his non negotiables and any player who doesnt comply with those, gets dropped (Ozil, Auba etc)
Why does his non negotiables not extend to include getting sent off several times a season for completely stupid reasons ?
