Well tbh with all that's going on at Derby he's done a pretty good job there though think the Everton job could be too soon for him. Maybe when the job comes up again in a couple of months
Just checked. Derby are in the relegation zone in the Championship....and we are supposed to give Rooney props for that?. Frank was doing way better before he fell hard at Chelsea. Derby had a 21 point deduction. They'd be top half without that. Still not massively impressive.
