Honestly the utter incompetence we had under Riley for so many years was always going to take some time to work out. Kinda like the job Arteta had on his after years of mismanagement at Arsenal.
I like what I'm seeing from Webb so far. Sacked Mason after his cock-up against Brentford, has started penalising time-wasting with yellows and a few other things I think.
We'll see how he deals with this incident, but it wouldn't surprise me if it's done well.
