Well, luck or not, nobody else can say they actually put up a challenge. So they've walked off with it. I wouldn't be complaining if we were up there. Good seasons for Forest and Bournemouth, Fulham and a few others. Embarrassing for us and the other billionaires though.

I think that's a bit harsh on us. While this season has felt like a slog from the start, we were hanging in there till recently and our injuries really piled up.
And yes yes, we should have more squad depth, that's on us. But you take Salah and Gakpo out of their side for an extended period and they wouldn't be 13 points clear, they might not even be top.

Just 6 points between 3rd and 10th. Half the league should consider the CL a possibility with the way it’s going.

Not sure what that says about the current state of the league though. We’ve also been mostly rubbish yet have been second for ages too.
