Federer was almost flawless yesterday. Apart from one double fault, there was barely a bad error. I don't think he's played that sort of virtually perfect all-round game allied to the devastating attacking strokes since before Nadal Didsed him.
Can he serve like a performance-enhanced Sampras on Sunday though? If he does, maybe even Djokovic will struggle to return it.
Serena v Muguruza coming up.
Muguruza is one of the few players that has the ability to hit through her. More importantly, she seems to be extremely solid mentally in tight situations unlike too many of the flakes in the womens game.
The problem is that Serena at the moment is just better in every aspect. So it could go to three, but you can't see past Serena.
Wonder if Graf will turn up wearing a Muguruza shirt.
