LOL. People have different standards I guess. Or standards full stop. You watch a game like this for the comedy, and if you read any more into it you're reaching.

Guinness has a gay ad on - some rugby bloke boasting about taking it up the shitter. Won't be drinking that stuff again, just in case the white bit on top is not kosher.

It was a good top division game that produced a couple of excellent goals and good fightback. It isn't quite Ronaldo scoring 5 goals in a game that could be over after 10 mins, but it was exciting (and not just funny) to watch. If the standards you demand are so high that you can't enjoy it, then don't watch. It's that simple.

Already said the goals were good - they were. Shows these players are a lot better than the shit they are churning out, who knows why they play such pub league stuff most of the time.

Also said the last 15 mins were decent, not in terms of football but in terms of (what would you call it?) slapstick perhaps. Entertaining in it's own way. I miss football. But this is all that's left so I watch it.

As for the Spanish league, yes the Marketing and Barca thing is beyond ridiculous. That's money. But they players are x2 better, they have to be because the technical level is so much higher. The English pundits will tell you differently but they have a vested interest of course.

Hopefully Leicester can keep this up for a season or two. Then the fans need to brace themselves for the inevitable descent back down to the cellar as their best players are cherry-picked to become squad players at bigger clubs.

They'll finish 10th. We always have a mid table team jumping out to an early lead. Even we did it a couple of seasons back.
