My observations are that the quality of player in the EPL has improved greatly. There are literally are no more poor teams in the league. im surprised at the quality of teams like Bournemouth, Leicester, Watford and Norwich. They dont play with fear at all. Even struggling teams like Newcastle and Sunderland would be greatly improved with a better manager. Its going to be an interesting season
