Agreed. Alex is an AVERAGE player, which is a couple of steps up from most of the rest in the squad. What a ridiculous performance from Walcott and Gervinho. In the end our CENTRAL DEFENDER had to get forward to make anything happen, fucking laughable.

I thought he played well in defence problem is we don't have anyone else that can play there. Merts and Song look like our most solid pair.

Cahill, Samba either should have started ahead of Song who should have been playing in the middle.
