Funnilly, these are the characteristics that make me not want him back. Take campbell's 2nd coming, he was as cool and as professional as they come. On and off the bench he never seemed agitated or overwhelmed, just did his shift and left. Also the Iceman was always like that, in fact he cites that as the reason he can't become a manager. kolo would be passion personified in a 2nd coming, and in a team where he won't be 1St choice or one that has shown the ability of losing 8-2, players unable to handle their emotions could be another hinderance.
