Fulham won 4-1. Some brilliant Fulham goals in there.

    Birmingham drew 2-2.

Celtic won 3-1. M'Vila was sent off. A Must Not Get™.

Spurs the only British team to lose in Europe this week. Letting Britain down again. Spuds .

Rubin Kazan are winning 2-1 against Shamrock Rovers. They're top at the moment - a decent chance the Spuds could end up facing a CL team.

The Spuds want to be kicked out, though, don't they? Helps their effort to finish above us in the league, surely?

Spuds v City, Chelsea or Man Utd

Can it happen or is the protection thing there?

Also Spuds are 3rd in their group atm so they might not go through in the first place

Protection will be there. And Sub, possibly but you can't make squaddies lose, especially in the group stages of this competition. Also, it's half time in Rubin's game, I saw it as FT for some reason.

I don't think 'Arry could justify playing a weak team if they ended up drawing Borussia Dortmund for example so winning the group is probably for the best (it's more likely than not that they will go through).
