I don't get why he hasn't left yet, what a shit professional.

He's a quality player but not really worth the hassle.

There's no point in City having a set price for him, no one is going to pay OTT for a player who hasn't kicked a ball in months and seemingly has no interest in if he ever does again.

They're still paying him and losing millions anyway, so they should just accept any half decent offer and get rid. Of course the fact they're paying him is probably just peanuts for them anyway.
