Evra wasn't enthusiastic about shaking hands, but you can't blame him given he's having to shake hands with someone who racially abused him. Anyway, if anyone could be excused not shaking hands it would be Evra. He was after-all the victim in this whole case, not Suarez. I've seen the clip again, and Evra does look like he's extended his hand and Suarez deliberately ignores it. With Rio you can see him actively looking to shake his hand, but Ferdinand ignores it, but with Evra he simply moves onto the next guy in line (De Gea)

I'm not a fan of Evra, but he's done nothing wrong throughout this episode IMO.

Really? It looked like his hand was quite low, but that's because Suarez had just before shaken hands with a mascot who was about 4 feet tall. From that angle it looked like he did want to shake Suarez's hand.
