Haven't seen too much of him, but wow !
Wenger has a habit of complaining about what other teams do, I've not heard other teams complaining when he's signed someone in January or late on in the transfer window and strengthened his team thus making it more difficult for challengers of the league at the time to win games.
The trick is to worry about your own team not what other teams are doing.
