If Pep is beyond our reach and I really dont think he is if we had an owner with a vision or a CEO who wasnt beholden to the current manager they could sell him the vision. However i think Rijkaard would be a good fit. The right profile and the right attitude. I think we could buy him out of his Saudi contract, it would take less than we pay the deluded one in 3 months.

The board must persuade Guardiola that they will give him the same freedom that wenger has enjoyed. This is even more than Guardiola enjoyed at Barca. And we can pay him accordingly. We have to convince him that we have a youth development system that he can oversee, as he did at Barca - and most importantly that he will be in the fortunate position of making successful a club that Wenger no longer can.
