But Im not talking about what peoples reaction on here would be. That doesnt affect the team.

As a manager he shouldnt be making them feel like they havent got a chance - its a loosers mentality.

Fans moaning on a MB bear no relevance whatsoever to how the team will pick itself up and perform for the coming games, but words from the managers mouth will.
