Drawing conclusions and judging players based on one game could be the biggest mistake from forum football experts . We have seen very good players struggling in some games and nothing has been taken away from them . To name just a few Van Persie and Rooney were shadow of themselves in the Euro but Bendtner looked like a '' world class player '' during the same tournament . I have seen better teams like Man U , City and Chelsea firing blank against Sunderland .Remember when they beat champions City last season ? It's too early to make any comment at the moment . Let's wait and see .

Some traits are still apparent year on year though, like the tactics and motivation issue in general.
It was the first game of the season, however we looked so laboured going forward and seemed to lack imagination, right now it looks like a carbon copy of previous Wenger teams of the last 7 years.
Other teams seem to have done OK in their 1st game, knocking in a number of goals so I don't see why we should be able to use that as an excuse. It's lack of desire to get the job done IMO.
