I think the observation was:

a.) the relish the interviewer showed in doing it; and
b.) the palpable lack of respect they showed wenger in the process

No point analysing this game because it didn't involve us, we weren't in it. Walk in the park for Utd, they didn't get out of first gear. Should have been five or six but they were sloppy. A late and meaningless flourish from us made it look unreasonably respectable. Gulf in quality, tactics and desire between these teams. He didn't give a card to Cleverly after his first foul after his yellow card, and gave Wilshere the same leniency. So I don't see how we can criticise the referee for not sending Cleverly off. And did the people who think RVP should have been booked for kicking the ball away saying the same thing when he was sent off for us against Barca?

the referee had nothing to do with the fact that ramsey was on the wing, santos was at left back and we didn't have a single shot on target til the 80th+ minute.
