Because people like you make that necessary :-)

If I was pro Wenger I'd just say so I wouldn't try and hide the fact.

Last season, with Chelsea and Man City in transition we had amazing chance to win the league but we didnt

And I didnt really expect us to, because of the glaring deficiencies in his managerial repertoire

But and I have always argued that I don't want to get rid of him on a whim because how ever much he may frustrate us there is that stability at the club, and new managers who seemed to have it all sussed one season get found out the next (cough Brendan Rodgers).

And yes sacking a manager mid-season is a whim.

Chavs didn't look too unstable sacking a few managers over the last decade or so. In fact, they picked up a few tin cups along the way.

City sacked their manager not so long ago..... didn't look too unstable.

    Neither did Madrid.

Stop manufacturing a crisis ahead of time, as if it's bound to happen once certain steps are taken, please?

Chav and gypo managers have half the job of any normal managers. With squads stacked deep in every position with multi million quid players it's Football Manager all the way. In fact most of them have underperformed when you consider the resources they have at their disposal.

Congratulations you've actually made a post so banal it's literally not worth my time responding to it

    However

You seriously believe Chelsea's scatter gun approach is actually sensible?.

They have won titles along the way because they have been bought and paid for, and in spite of their revolving door managerial positions. Actually considering what they've spent what they have won since 2003 hasn't been a great return on their investment, and owes much to the short term ism of the owner.

And yet you took time to respond.

You really do take yourself too serious, pal. Relax.

I mentioned others who've undergone manager changes, and didn't fall apart as you suggest will likely happen to us should Wenger exit. I'm sure there are other teams, too, that have done same and haven't imploded.

Go away with your scare mongering disguised as a rational standpoint.

No I just can't do half arsed debating, without feigning exasperation there really is no point

No my point is that the examples you've given are of clubs who have a model that a self sustaining club would be ill advised to follow.
The likelihood of Wenger being pushed before the end of the season is so minuscule it doesn't even merit hypothetical speculation. That plus I've no faith in the board bringing in the right replacement and setting up a system where that manager is under scrutiny for performances.

If you want to read that as a ringing endorsement of Wenger go ahead; I wish he had gone in 2014 and the off season a new man had come in to head up a new and larger coaching team, but it didn't happen.

If Liverpool lose tonight they could still qualify with 7 points if the other match is a draw.

    'IF' Liverpool lose tonight
NOTE: The location of this post has been moved and the thread title (which was previously Wenger is Leaving) has been manipulated by a notorious pro-Wenger moderator. What was previously a message that contained no profanity and made a comment on a real life event has now been manipulated by a deliberately provocative title. An old and crude propaganda and censorship technique.
