It's fine to not like him, but to talk about "hate" is ludicrous. I would reserve that adjective for very few people - people who are actually making the world a worse place. Arteta at worst isn't as good at his job as he should be, he's not actively trying to destroy things. Personally I do quite like him, I just don't think he's the man to get us over the line of winning a really major trophy.

That does not help my view of you being childish. Which is not a good trait for a man in his 40s, whatever 1970s Doctor Who might say.
Being child-like - retaining some wonder at the world - is a good thing.
Being childish - having tantrums when your favourite team don't win, not so much.

It’s not a good trait, and I’ve never argued that it is. But if you’re telling me you’ve never sulked, never launched into angry tirade which doesn’t match the gravity of the situation….then you’re only lying to yourself.

I haven’t come here to be the best version of myself. Quite the opposite. And actually frankly I think it’s quite healthy to rant and get your frustrations and resentments off your chest. I think the anger is justified, is it anywhere near as important as something going on in my personal life? No not at all….but I’m 41 now and I was 20 the last time we won the title. As I’m sure you know the older you get the more it feels like life passes you by, and when you squander opportunities that will not come around every day…..that’s infuriating.
