Exactly my point and selling him to one of the teams rivalling you for 4th place will make it even harder.

One that isn't going to miss the first 6 games, isn't being banned every 5 minutes and doesn't think it's OK to walk away as soon as he feels like it regardless of his contract or how long he's been there.

The point is they clearly think they do (they've pretty said as much) and that's what matters here, not whether they realistically have a chance or not.

Let's be honest here, have you seen our squad, it's pretty weak looking as well, there's not much quality in there either.

I agree, it's great to see a player being forced to stay when he just thinks he can kick up a fuss to get his move.
