Did someone say that Keown was once stopped by Wenger from giving instructions to a player? Something about Wenger wanting the players to learn for themselves?

I think in a lot of cases we have players being led out to the sea to drawn.
Wenger asserted that pointing out a player's faults removed their ability to figure things out for themselves. Imagine if school teachers took that view? They'd teach the kids fuck all for fear of depriving them of the chance to hit the books by themselves. Nice job if it existed. Well it does exist at Arsenal. And this is the guy who is supposed to be the master as guiding careers. It's a farce, an obvious one, but the bloke in charge wants it that way and so farce is what we get.
